Glow Up from the Inside: My Go-To Beetroot Juice Recipe

When it comes to natural ways to nourish your body, few ingredients are as powerful (or as vibrant) as beetroot. Recently, I’ve been diving into the benefits of beetroot juice—not just for energy and detoxing, but for an unexpected bonus: a little boost in libido and vitality.

Here’s why this juice has earned a permanent place in my self-care routine—and how you can make it too.

Why Beetroot Juice?

Beetroot is packed with nitrates that convert into nitric oxide in the body, helping to relax blood vessels and improve circulation. Better blood flow means better oxygen delivery throughout the body—great for energy, endurance, and, as some studies suggest, enhanced sexual vitality.

Juice Ingredients

  • A bunch of beetroot, peeled and chopped

How to Make It
